We appreciate that should you as a school choose to order uniform to sell to parents yourselves, it can be difficult to judge how much stock you will need to hold and when to purchase it. What’s more, your funds are tied up in the stock until it is sold to parents.
Gogna Schoolwear offer a managed stock holding service whereby we will hold onto your stock for you during the summer months. We use new intake figures and historical sales data, and agree with you the likely uniform requirements for the entire school year. We then manage the storage, manufacture and warehousing of this uniform throughout the whole year, ensuring it is always available to you when you need it.
Even during the busiest summer months, we guarantee a 2-5 day delivery time.
For fulfillment and dispatch of online orders, we will dispatch items within 72 hours of order receipt during the summer period (July -September.) During other times of the year, we will dispatch your order on the same day providing it is received before 1pm. Any order received after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
For schools orders, we will fulfill and dispatch orders within 10 days of receipt. All our schools orders are dispatched using our next working day delivery service.
This ensures that despite not holding the stock yourself, you ensure that uniform is available to you when you need it, freeing up storage space and funds you can use elsewhere.
