Returns & Refunds Policy

At Gogna Schoolwear, a trading name of Gogna Trading Ltd, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’ve changed your mind, we’re happy to offer a refund within 28 days of receiving your item, provided it is returned in original condition.

Please note:

We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, name-tagged, or are not in a resalable condition. A dispatch note, receipt, or valid proof of purchase is required for all refunds.


Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your legal rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods. You have a duty to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession and during the return process. We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund where goods have been damaged due to misuse or neglect.


Ways to Return Your Items

In-Store Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange items at our retail store within 28 days of receiving them.

Refunds

  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

Exchanges

  • Available within 28 days with proof of purchase

Important

  • Only payments made via WorldPay are eligible for in-store refunds
  • PayPal purchases must be returned by post

Returns by Post

You can return items by post within 28 days of receipt for a full refund.

How to return by post:

  1. Complete the returns note included with your dispatch note
  2. Repackage the item(s) securely, including the returns note
  3. Attach the prepaid returns label from your delivery note
  4. Drop the parcel off at your local Post Office

✅ Please keep your proof of postage receipt
❌ We cannot process a refund until the item is received

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after we receive the returned item.


Late Returns

Returns received after the 28-day period may not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, we reserve the right to offer a credit note instead.


Package Deals

Items purchased as part of a bundle or package cannot be refunded individually. However, they may be exchanged individually within the 28-day return window.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customisation reasons, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on the following items unless faulty:

  • Swimwear
  • Hats
  • Gum shields
  • Customised uniforms and sports kits
  • Shirts, blouses, and tights (if opened)
