Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Unwanted items may usually be returned within 28 days in original, resalable condition
Certain hygiene or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty
Refunds are made to the original payment method

Sealed hygiene items once opened
Swimwear
Mouth guards
Opened tights or socks
Shirts or blouses where sealed packaging has been removed (where applicable)

We also reserve the right to cancel uncollected orders after a reasonable period and refund sums paid.
